The European Territorial Framework Virtual Llibrary inherits the works of previous virtual libraries integrating all documents for a suitable use of the European Territorial Futures, ESPON ET2050, the FLAGSHIP and PASHMINA libraries (co-funded by FP7) and the URBAN-RURAL issues library (territorial agenda).

This online library contains existing literature on socioeconomic, demographic, territorial and environmental trends, scenarios, data and policies, produced in previous scientific studies, as well as papers proposed by leading thinkers, visionaries and politicians. Documents are summarised and classified by theme and category. This online library provides references supporting all the qualitative, quantitative and especially participatory processes to be carried out.
