CETMO’s mission is to facilitate the socioeconomic development of the Western Mediterranean region throughout the improvement and development of sustainable transport conditions. CETMO supports this development by facilitating International Cooperation and also by enabling Innovation though the creation and dissemination of actionable, insight regarding trends, technological change, opportunities and challenges, standards and best practices, plus related strategies for transport and logistics administrations, operators, and financial and developmental organizations.

This section includes CETMO’s Insights, grouped into two pressing areas: the effects and opportunities of the Incoming wave of technological change (Key Enabling Technologies for Transport and Logistics), and the effects and strategies in a Post Covid19 Era, complemented with a live repository Western Mediterranean indicators.

The insights here included have been developed with the decisive support of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the collaboration of Ministry of Transport (MITMA), the Department of Territory and Sustainability of the Government of Catalonia (TES) and the Catalan Association of municipalities for Mobility and AMTU.
